This is the Highland Technical Signal Marker Buoy

Features:

• Closed bottom design - 45 in. (114 cm) length x 10 in. (25.4 cm) circumference.
• The stainless-steel tipped inflator allows oral or QD hose inflation.
• 2 (5 cm) wide SOLAS reflector tape all the way around.
• 2" x 4" (5 x 10 cm) white panel at the top to write on with a permanent marker.
• 1.5" (38 mm) over-pressure valve with pull cord for easy deflation and roll-up.
• 1" (25 mm) plastic attachment D-ring at the top.
